Founder/CEO

Tim Chege, founder and CEO of Optimum Group Partnerships, brings over 25 years of experience in the security industry spanning three continents. He provides visionary leadership and executive management across the group, overseeing operations and driving strategic growth.

Tim has extensive expertise in security, health and safety, and livelihoods. His client-centric approach and dedication to bespoke solutions have established a successful model in security service provision.

From single-guard deployments on construction sites to delivering comprehensive health and safety systems for globally recognised brands such as Diageo and Coca-Cola, Tim’s vision is to position Optimum Group Partnerships as a leader in safety and security.

He is also passionate about giving back through the More Than Us Foundation, reflecting his commitment to community impact.

Mohammed Nishamudheen

General Manager

Mohammed Nishamudheen, or Nish as we all call him, is the steady hand behind our day-to-day operations at Optimum Group Partnerships.

With close to 20 years in the security and integrated services industry, he has led teams across the UK and East Africa, always with a focus on delivering practical, people-first solutions. His calm leadership and deep operational know-how keep our services sharp, reliable, and responsive to what our clients actually need.

Nish studied Electronics and Communication at Cochin University of Science and Technology, and that technical background still shapes how he approaches challenges: analytical, methodical, and always looking for smart ways to do things better.

He is passionate about building systems that work and teams that thrive, and we are proud to have him leading the charge as we continue to grow.
